Renovating and furnishing apartments in Trebinje

Renovating and furnishing apartments in Trebinje, to live in or to rent out: spaces that are practical, durable and appealing to guests, within an agreed budget, from the first visit to handing over the keys.

We propose layouts, materials and furniture that stand up to daily use. Every cost is on a list with a price and a deadline, and you approve every major item.

• Visit and assessment: We look at the space and what is worth changing.
• Layout and materials: A proposal for the layout, materials and lasting equipment.
• Budget and deadlines: A list of items with prices and deadlines before work starts.
• Sourcing: Furniture, equipment and smaller items for living or for guests.
• Execution: We coordinate the work through to completion and handover.
• Guest-ready: Furnished, styled and ready for the photo shoot.

We set the budget together and work within it. You approve every major item before anything is bought.
